About Our Family

NIKKI - MOM BOSS

As a young mother, I yearned to capture all the moments of my growing family's travels. Which pushed me towards scrapbooking and eventually card making. Both of which remain my favorite pastimes. Crafting has been one of my primary sources of self-care.

So now, with the help of my artistic children, we’re building a brand that allows us as a family to combine our expertise to give you access to a wide variety of services. Welcome to the family.

KURT - THE SUPERVISOR

Back in the good old days (high school) I took a woodworking class in my home state of Oklahoma. My first ever custom furniture project was a hexagon side table of which is still a very fond memory. When my wife, the mom boss, came to me with the idea of starting this business my immediate response was, what can I do to help? Crafting has always been something I’ve enjoyed in my free-time but never really carved out time for. With this business, I now have an excuse to buy and try new tools. Lucky me!

CASEY BLAKE - THE DESIGNER

Through my youth designing layouts and floor plans was my favorite thing to do. Sophomore year of high school I met my new love in a photography class, photoshop. About 2 years later I found myself working for a marketing agency building social media graphics and blog images further pushing my skill set. So here we are, 14 thousand custom designs later, supporting our family business and yours. My skills allow me to take a sketch of your dream project and make it into a polished, ready for print design.

MICHAEL JAY - MR. SPELL CHECKER

My passion for crafting started in my 6th grade art class. Originally it was oil pastels that took my heart. That quickly turned into ceramics, which still remains my primary medium. In fact, this led me to continue clay work throughout high school and even college. Although our store primarily features wood and vinyl, one day you may see my custom claywork here (wink, wink). For now I play the spell checker, writing, english and math are definitely my strong points. I’ve been known to edit family & friends papers, blogs and social content.

SPENCER - QUALITY CHECKER

From birth, I was drawn to working in the garage with my biological dad. He built show cars for a living, for just over 14 years. A passion I now get to share with him in our free time. Since graduating high school I’ve worked several jobs involving tools in a garage and strangely enough learned one of the things I’m good at is painting. Outside of work, I’m currently taking night classes in welding to further push my building skill set. Within the business, I have and will continue to offer a helping hand when needed and provide my opinion whenever requested.

CAMERON - DURABILITY TESTER

My creative outlet tends to be on the Playstation and the football field. As a young adult, I’m willing to do anything for a buck so when mom boss is too tired and the supervisor pushes me into the workshop to sweep up I’ll step in but only at a cost. As the muscles of the family, I give all of our products' a durability review.

RACHEL - LITTLE SIS

As the youngest of 7, I’ve had to get creative out of necessity. Mostly in creating fantasy worlds to play in since my brothers and sister are almost a decade older. As one of the kids still stuck at home, I’m basically attached to my mom by the hip. Something I truly enjoy, but won't admit, so shhh don’t tell her. My current workload consists of weeding vinyl and loading material in/out of our personal cutters.
